Coralogix Integration

The Coralogix integration allows Velocity to ingest Coralogix information for monitoring and insights

Velocity will use a provided personal API key to integrate with a provided list of alerts using webhooks.

Follow all the steps below to complete the integration.

Step 1 - Generate an API Key

1. Open your Coralogix dashboard

2. Navigate to Settings > Users and Teams > Keys

3. Click on + PERSONAL KEY

Make sure to create a Personal Key and not a Team Key, as team keys don't support all the relevant Coralogix APIs

1. Name the integration, e.g. "Velocity Integration Key"

2. Add the following Role Presets:

   1. Alerts

   2. OutboundWebhooks

3. Click the Create button

Step 2 - Share Your API Key with Velocity

During the Beta phase, the integration setup is performed manually.

Save the key in a secure location and provide it to your Velocity point of contact. To securely share secrets, we recommend a tool like 1Password.

Step 3 - Provide Alerts to Track

Provide the alert names for Velocity to integrate with; during the Beta phase, only explicitly selected Alerts are instrumented.

1. Navigate to Alerts > Alert Management

2. Copy the list of alerts you'd like Velocity to integrate with

3. Provide the list to your Velocity point of contact
